How long does it take for NZXT to ship during Covid?

Custom PCs and Prebuilds can take up to 4 weeks to be shipped. We ARE NOT offering our Blitz Mode at this time due to these delays. We will make every effort to build your custom gaming PC and ship it within two business days if your purchase is completed by 3:00 p.m. PST on a normal business day.

How long does NZXT free shipping take?

When Will My Order Ship? Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST will ship within 2 business days. If ordered after 10:00 AM PST, the 2 business day processing period will begin on the following workday. Once shipped, you will be emailed directly a tracking number so you can follow your order.

Is NZXT a Chinese company?

NZXT’s manufacturing birthplace is in Shenzhen, China, but the company moved to a new, high-end facility in 2000. The company now works with Godspeed Casing, a factory that NZXT is largely responsible for ‘raising’ from the ground-up.

Is the data being collected by NZXT acceptable?

Data collection from online-connected software is part of using any computer or electronic device in 2017. It has some positive benefits, but is certainly used for nefarious means by some. Is the amount of data being used by NZXT’s CAM software acceptable?

How many employees did NZXT have when Cam was launched?

When CAM was launched in 2014, NZXT only had 35 employees in total and today we’re at 75 globally. Software continues to be an area where we need to invest carefully to stay financially stable, and storing/transferring data turns out to be pretty expensive.
