To move the upright seat closer to, or away from the console, loosen the knob. Slide the seat forward or rearward to the desired position and tighten the knob. adjustment knob will “pop” into the next hole. Turn the knob to fully tighten and make sure the seat is stable.

How do I adjust my recumbent bike?

  1. Sit in the seat.
  2. Place your feet on the pedals with the balls of your feet over the pedal spindle.
  3. With one pedal in the farthest position, 3 o’clock, you should have a slight bend in your knee, about a 25 – 30 degree angle.

How long does it take to replace a Schwinn Nautilus?

Making customer with defective new units have to wait more than 8 weeks for replacement parts (that they have to install) is also bad policy. Very disappointed so far with Schwinn / Nautilus experience so far. Will update later with more when they get back to me.
