The legality of common MUGEN creations is in a grey area. At least most companies won’t even bother with MUGEN creators that use their game’s resources unless said creator is attempting to make money off of it.

But I did made sprite work for this character too, plus adding new costume details to several of Verz36 old sprites and animations. The majority of sprite work for Cyclops was made by Verz36.

It does this by calculating the frames and hitboxes of each move to determine when the character will use the move. The tool is best used as a starting point to making an A.I. patch, rather than a full substitute for custom A.I.
How do you make animations in Infinity Mugen?
1) The top section deals with general animations: Each animation has an option name in order to help you organize the information. You can use the top scroll bar to rotate through each animation that is contained in the character. The green plus button will add a new (blank) animation. The green minus button will delete the current animation.
Is there a way to scan Mugen files?
Install the character folder into M.U.G.E.N like normal and enjoy. If any file has non-ASCII characters, the tool will give a charmap error. At the beginning, the tool lists all files it’s scanning. Open one of these files in Notepad++.
