This is a quirky, charming establishment with a variety of RV spots, lodge, and cabins, which look more like houses from the outside. It has an enchanted garden/forest feel to it. Some sites are right on the river. Others are on a bluff overlooking the river or away from the river. The lodge, one pool, and sites 1-11 are on the river level.

I have visited Belnap twice a year since 2012. I love this place, it is unique and not a cardboard cookie cutter “fancy” hotel style lodge. The different retro lodge rooms give you a view of the different decades of the hotels lifespan. The pools are amazing, the beds are amazingly comfortable, the river is relaxing.
