Do I have a right to see my GP?

You are entitled to treatment from a GP at the surgery where you are registered. You have no automatic right, however, to see your own GP. A GP must provide any treatment which is immediately necessary in an emergency, even if you are not registered with them.

Is the Neaman practice a podiatry clinic?

It is has come to our attention that there has been uncertainty and confusion about how the Podiatry clinic at the Neaman Practice currently operates. This service is not run by the Practice. It is provided by Homerton Hospital, and the practice facilitate a space to allow patients to receive care closer to home.

Are there any line faults at Neaman surgery?

The surgery has been experiencing some line faults over the last couple of months. 12/5/21 we had an open reach engineer on site running line tests, which made our phone lines limited. Thank you to all patients for bearing with us during that time.

How long does it take to book an appointment at Neaman?

The surgery operates a 10 minute appointment system. Appointments can be prebooked online for up to 7 days in advance. Please note majority of appointments are available to be booked on the same day. The easiest way to book an appointment is online. Appointments can be booked online from 00:01am on same day.
