Can you bring your car to FAMU?

A. All visitors will need to obtain a visitor’s permit to park on campus. A Permit can be obtained in person at the Office of Parking and Transportation located at 2400 Wahnish Way, or online.

Does FAMU law have housing?

HOUSING OPTIONS FAMU Law students live throughout the city and in the surrounding suburbs, depending on their individual housing preferences. Some students enjoy the convenience of living near the law school and accept higher downtown rents in exchange for the ease of walking or biking to the campus.

For reference aid, please email [email protected]. Our reference librarians will respond within 24 hours to assist in your research. The College of Law is not able to provide free parking. Parking is available at the garage by the Zora Neale Hurston State Buildings at 400 Robinson Street, Orlando FL 32801.

When did FAMU law school close in Tallahassee?

The FAMU College of Law was founded in 1949 on the main campus in Tallahassee. After graduating 57 lawyers, the law school was closed by the state of Florida in 1968.
