Does Guitar Center ship used guitars?

Yes! We have what’s called a SIT, or a Store Initiated Transfer. We can use this to ship used (& new) gear between stores. If you would like to order the gear for yourself, you can have an associate place an order in SPO, which is our online ordering system.

I got a steal on the amp ($899), and shipping was only $12.50. As noted above, the usual return policy applies, and you can return it to the store. The same amp would have cost me about $1,200 on ebay, with no return policy.
